Start with a visit to a local apiary where premium Maltese honey is produced, after a tasting of the succulent honey, its time for a guided extra virgin olive oil tasting session to experience why Maltese oil is regarded as some of the finest in the world. After this you will meet a winemaker who uses the indigenous grapes of Malta to produce his fine wines, he will guide you through a tasting of the wines he has produced as well as pairing them with Malta's signature cheese Ġbejna. After this, a pastizzi workshop will begin with our friendly pastizzi master, he will teach you to roll, fill and mould the pastry and cook your creations to perfection, you can then enjoy your fresh pastizzi with a cup of Malta's signature coffee blend.
