Cancellation Policy
In the event of a complete cancellation (excluding 'postponement') of a tour or experience we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges are applied as follows:
45 days prior to event date: 25%
15 days prior to event date: 35%
7 days prior to event date: 50%
Same day cancellation: 100%
of the Tour/Experience cost
