Guilinu and Nancy
Apart from being the most infectiously happy man on the planet, Ġulinu is also a master pastizzi baker. Having baked countless pastizzi for more than 40 years in ovens the size of small houses, Ġulinu has now retired to a more rewarding job of teaching beginners how to make the perfect 'Pastizz'!
Using his homemade dough, Ġulinu can mold, fill and seal a pastizz in approximately 6 seconds! His freshly baked pea and irkotta pastizzi have to be experienced firsthand to discover how they compare to the ones found for sale in pastizzerias around the Islands.
