Meet The EVOO Maker

Anthony Busuttil 

"Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life". Perhaps, this is the reason which led Anthony Busuttil to leave his job as a banker and devote his future to his long established passion for extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).

Together with his peers Anthony Bonavia and Frank Borg, he manages this small but efficient olive press located under the majestic Mdina's bastions. They produce oil from the olives of different small-scale producers on the Islands, and from their own olives, harvested by hand from their 600 trees. Their EVOO is some of the finest EVOO in curculation.
